A School Supply List will be available on the school website in July.
The Indiana State Department of Health requires that all children entering public schools have certain immunizations. In order for your child to meet the immunization criteria to enter Kindergarten at Covington Elementary, your child will need to have the following immunizations:
- 5 doses of DPT
- 4 doses of Polio
- 2 doses of MMR
- 3 doses Hepatitis B
- 2 dose of Varicella (chicken pox)
- (*) 2 doses of Hepatitis A
(*) – If you go to an Illinois health provider, Hepatitis A is not required in Illinois schools. Please remind your Illinois health provider that your child attends school in Indiana.
