Position Title: Assistant Principal/Athletic Director Location: Covington High School

Direct Report To: High School Principal

The selected individual will be expected to serve in the assigned building administrative capacity, with a commitment on ensuring educational excellence by providing a rigorous and relevant instructional environment for the children. Further, the selected individual will become a key member of the corporation leadership team, focused on identifying continuous improvement opportunities, based on a data driven decision making process.

Job Requirements
Be capable of successfully leading, with high expectations for all stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
The candidate must currently have an Indiana administrative license, or have the ability to obtain required certification.
The candidate must have a proven track record of servant leadership.
The candidate must be capable of leading in a dynamic and collaborative environment, while ensuring the best interest of the individual child remains the priority – of – focus.

  16. Work closely with athletic, building, and district administration, while performing duties as football coach;

 CCSC – Instructional Aides

Instructional Aides

Covington Community School Corporation anticipates having openings for instructional aides for the 2020 – 2021 school year.  Potential needs would be for the general (all schools) and the music (elementary school) classrooms.  Instructional aides work to assist the licensed instructor in ensuring rigorous and relevant educational opportunities are provided to our children, while also performing other duties as identified by building administration.

Hours Per Week – 15 – 29.5

Pay – Based on the CCSC Instructional Aide Hourly Pay Scale

Requirements:

Position may require the individual to hold, or be able to obtain, a Highly Qualified designation.
