Good morning CMS

Lunch today is Pizza, Green Beans, and Fruit Crisps.
Breakfast tomorrow will be Breakfast Pizza.

The girls dominated in their first track meet of the season, beating Parke Heritage and Attica. The girls won 10 out of 12 events!!! The boys ran hard and finished in second. Every boy placed for the team. Both teams did an amazing job!
First place finishes go to Preslei Lazzell-Long Jump, 100, 200; Belle McCoskey-HJ; Allie Hunt-Shot Put, Discus; Lauren Hardy-1600; Sarah Sowers-800; 4×100 Relay-Preslei Lazzell, Sophia Scott-Musa, Haley Rottmann, Lauren Hardy; 4×400 relay team-Allie Hunt, Lauren Hardy, Haley Rottmann, Emilee Rice; Aiden Powell-High Jump

CMS Spring Concert – Friday, April 28th at 7 PM in the MPR.

The Covington girls tennis team defeated Attica last Thursday night 4-1
Middle School winners were Mlah Bridwell,Remi Strawser,
Madi Holycross, Norah Freeman, Charlotte Keller, and Annalyse Slider.

The Indiana Sheriffs’ Association will be hosting Youth Leadership Camp this summer from June 12th – 15th at Pine Creek Camp in Pine Village. Any current 7th or 8th grader is invited. If you are interested, come to the office for an application. Please see Mr. Pettit if you have any questions.

All Middle School library books need to be returned by Friday, May 12th. If you need a book to read after May 12th, you will have to borrow one from your teacher’s classroom or the public library.
