WIN A PIZZA PARTY AND SUPPORT ANIMALS
Starting Monday, November 8th, and ending Tuesday, November 23rd, Tektons will be hosting an animal shelter drive. The shelter needs dog treats, kitty litter, dog/cat food, paper towels, bleach. This year we are making it a competition. The grade that brings in the most supplies for the shelter will win a pizza party at lunch. The collection bins will be placed in the following classrooms: 6th-grade bin will be in Mrs. Market’s Room 7th-grade bin will be in Mrs. S. Martin’s Room 8th- grade will be in Mrs. Craft’s room.
Let’s give the animals in the shelter all the love we can! Let the fun begin!
If you are in grades 7-12 and want to meet new people or see old friends, plan on attending this 4H callout meeting! We will be working on a holiday service project, handing out information on what to expect this year AND providing dinner. If you have thought about joining and haven’t this is your year!! The Covington High School Drama Club presents, “I’m Getting Murdered in the Morning,” on November 13, at 6:00 P.M. in the MPR. Two types of tickets will be sold: Floor seating for $7 and Bleacher seating for $5. Tickets can be purchased starting November 1, from Mrs. Linville in the High School Office. But hurry, people are dying to attend!
