Covington Crazy Clovers 4-H meeting, May 16th at 6:00 in Miss Davis’ classroom.

The middle school track team took 2nd place Tuesday night against Attica and South Vermillion. The girls got 2nd by only one point. Everyone did an outstanding job and all girls received a first place finish! Way to go track team! First place finishers were Landon Herzog-Long Jump, High Jump, 100, and 400, Beau Bishop-200, Halen McBride-High Jump, 800, and 4×400 Relay, Haley Rottmann-Long Jump, 4×100 Relay, and 4×400 Relay, Chloe Whittington-Discus, Allie Hunt-400 and 4×400 Relay, Piper Ferguson-4×100 Relay, Sarah Sowers-4×100 Relay, and Andrea Estes-4×100 Relay and 4×400 Relay. Last meet is Saturday at Lafayette Jeff, field events start at 9:00.

Covington Summer Tennis Camp 2022:
If you are interested in attending tennis camp this year…stop by the office to pick up a registration form. Camp dates are Monday, June 13th – Thursday, June 16th from 10:00 – 11:00 AM.

Middle School Student Council is sponsoring a food/personal care drive May 9th – 13th. All items will go to the Covington Food Pantry. There will be drawings for people who bring in food drive items and contests for most creative dress-up attire.
Items of highest need are shampoo, soap, toothpaste, laundry soap, saltine crackers, juice, etc. Please bring your items to Mrs. Martin (7th grade) starting today.
