Good morning CMS
Lunch today is Meatloaf, Mashed Potatoes, Corn and a Roll.
Breakfast tomorrow will be French Toast Sticks.
As we approach Valentines’ Day next Monday, just as a reminder that students who ride buses home in the afternoon are not permitted to take home on the bus any item that poses a potential safety issue for the driver, students and/or the operation of the bus.
This includes but is not limited to: balloons, flower arrangements, glasses vases, large stuffed animals, and very large items that pose a visual obstruction for the driver. Items received by these students will need to be left at school and picked up by the student’s parent/guardian during normal school hours.
Any item deemed to be not allowed on the bus will be taken back to the school office for pick-up at a later date and time.

All team members should be dressed in game uniforms and prepared at least 10
minutes before the scheduled time. Poses for individual pictures should be
determined in advance. Make sure all order forms are neat and complete.
Covington Middle School Yearbooks are on sale now through Friday, March 11th…stop by the office to pick up a flyer/order form.
The 2022 CHS Cheer Clinic will take place Saturday, February 12, 2022 from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm in the High School MPR. Check in begins at 9:00 am. Participants must be registered by January 26th to guarantee a t-shirt. Walk-ins are welcome on the day of, but will not receive a t-shirt that day. PreK through 8th graders are welcome! Stop by the office to pick up a registration form if you are interested.
Parents:
Please send in/email proof of residency for your student (if you haven’t already). Document must have your address and a current date on it. Examples are a current utility bill, telephone bill, tax return, medical bill or similar information that provides a verifiable address with a clearly identified and readable date.
