ATTENTION 8th Grade Girls Soccer Players:
There is a meeting today, Monday, May 23rd from 11:25 – 11:30 (end of your lunch hour) in Mr. Hegg’s room.
Attention girls signed up for middle school cheer next season. Please note the change of date for mock tryouts. They will now be Wednesday, June 8th.

Be sure to check the lost and found box for items that you may have misplaced throughout the school year. Box is located in the hallway next to the pencil and paper machine. Items left at the end of the year will be discarded.

Covington Summer Tennis Camp 2022:
If you are interested in attending tennis camp this year…stop by the office to pick up a registration form. Camp dates are Monday, June 13th – Thursday, June 16th from 10:00 – 11:00 AM.
There will be a Football Kickoff Meeting today, Monday, May 23rd, 2022 @6:30 in the cafeteria.
The Covington Football Program is on the hunt for all student-athletes, managers, parents/guardians, and community members interested in participating in the CHS Football Program!
No Experience Necessary & New Players Welcome!
All parents of current players, and parents of kids who may be interested need to be present!

CHS Cheer and CHS Dance Team will be participating as vendors for face painting, etc. The Dance Team will also be involved with the pies, and we’re super hopeful our dino dashers, from CCSC faculty, will be back in action, too!
Danville Area Community College is sponsoring a College For Kids Camp in June and July. Please stop by the office to pick up a flyer if you are interested.
All current 7th and 8th grade students who are interested in a career in law enforcement, Indiana Sheriffs Association is hosting a Leadership Camp at Pine Creek Campgrounds on June 13th through June 16th or Waycross Episcopal Camp on June 28th through June 30th. If you would like an application they will be posted in the office, for additional information contact Mrs. Young.

Please send in/email proof of residency for your student (if you haven’t already). Document must have your address and a current date on it. Examples are a current utility bill, telephone bill, tax return, medical bill or similar information that provides a verifiable address with a clearly identified and readable date.
