WINNER WINNER SNACKS FOR DINNER -
There will be ANOTHER BOX of SNACKS being raffled in the
High School Office until the end of the school year. $1 per
ticket gives you a chance to win ALL THE SNACKS!!! The
winning ticket will be drawn at the end of today!

The girls’ track team competed in sectionals last night, which is a 12-team meet. Even though no girls are advancing to regionals, there were some bright spots. Lexi Slider placed in the high jump, Ashlynn Livengood placed in the 100 hurdles, and the 4×100 relay of Ashlynn Livengood, Lily Mullins, Kennedie Cadman & Summer Krepton also placed. The performance of the night was Micah Stonecipher placing in the discus with an all-time best throw of 86 ft. 3 in.. Congratulations girls on a successful track season! The boys compete in sectionals on Thursday.
The Stage Committee for Graduation will meet Thursday, May 19 during Home Room in the
Food Room. We will finalize plans to set up the stage for graduation.
Any Senior who would like to attend the Alumni Banquet on June 4, needs to make reservations with Miss Davis by Friday, May 20. This is free for you.
ATTENTION STUDENTS: THE VARSITY GYM WILL BE CLOSED DURING LUNCH FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE SCHOOL YEAR. THE MPR WILL BE OPEN.
Any student wanting/needing to take summer school for credit recovery should see Mrs. Myers ASAP. Summer school begins on Tuesday, May 31st and ends Thursday, June 16th.
The vending machine snacks are now located in
the High School office. All snacks are $.25 each!

The Covington Football Program is on the hunt for all student-athletes, managers, parents/guardians, and community members interested in participating in the CHS Football Program! No Experience Necessary & New Players Welcome! All parents of current players,
and parents of kids who may be interested need to be present!
HIRING:
Steel Grip is hiring for the summer; applicants must be 18 years old. If interested, contact Jason Beck at 765-585-2080.
Covington City Pool is looking for summer help! If you are interested in being a Lifeguard and/or working concessions, pick up an application in the High School office!
Shelton’s Fireworks will be hiring 16 year old’s and up to work for the upcoming Fourth of July season(June 1st- July 4th). Pay will be $12 an hour with the opportunity for overtime closer to the 4th of July. Students may pick up an application at any time at Shelton’s.
