Covington High School Announcements

• THIS IS THE LAST WEEK TO PURCHASE PROM TICKETS!!    Please see Mrs. Hohenstein to purchase your ticket(s).  TABLES ARE FILLING UP FAST!!!

Prom Theme:   The Great Gatsby

Ticket price:   $35 each

Any student who will be bringing someone from another school will need to pick up a form from Mrs. Hohenstein.  There is also a form parents need to sign, if you are planning to attend after prom.

If you are driving a vehicle to school and do not have a parking tag for it, please come to the high school office and get a parking tag. THEY ARE FREE!!

The 2022-23 CHS Yearbook is on sale now thru April 15th.  The cost is $50.  You may see Mr. Craig Sowers for an order form, or pick one up in the high school office.  You may also order online at yearbookforever.com

OPPORTUNITY

SPORTS NEWS:

The track team competed in a 4 team meet against FC, SV & RP last night.  The boys finished 2nd place as a team.  Congrats to the following event winners: Bradley Lewsader in the high jump & 800, Nick Ferati in the 110 meter hurdles, and Lexi Slider in the high jump.  Other notable performances include: Micah Stonecipher with a season best throw in discus earning her 2nd place, and also Aubrey Allison with a season best throw in the shot put earning her 2nd place.  The next meet is tomorrow at home against Seeger & Attica.
