Covington High School Announcements

FRESHMEN there will be a meeting during homeroom on Thursday! CHECK YOUR EMAIL!!!

Students interested in participating in Drama Club can sign up in room 203 by Friday, August 27th.

There will be a National Honor Society meeting for current members on Thursday, August 26th during homeroom in room 203.

The Senior Homecoming Float Committee and the
Powder Puff Committee will meet Today during Home Room in the Commons.

Student Council is looking for volunteers that want to make a difference. Please see flyer in your email and email Ms. Reed if you’re interested!

If you could not attend the Senior Class Meeting last Thursday: Listen Up: You may pick up a committee sign-up sheet and an officer candidate form from Miss Davis or Mr. Stockberger. Papers are due Tuesday, August 24 to either sponsor.

Students are not to be upstairs during lunch unless
you have been given a hall pass from a teacher!

The current Attica Heritage Days’ queens are hosting a pageant ice cream social on August 21st from 1:00-3:00 pm, at Suzie Q’s Drive-In.
Girls 3-18 years of age are invited to pre-register for the next queens court. For more information please call Michele Devlin @(765)761-0865.

The 2021 Covington Athletic Department Golf Scramble will be held on Sunday, September 19th at Rivercrest Golf Course @1:00 pm.

The Covington boys tennis team defeated South Vermillion 5-0 last night. Varsity winners were Evan Norton, Calvin Springer, Emmett Reynolds, Nolan Potter, Myles Potter, Jackson Kindell, Urban Roarks.
JV winners were Peyt Shumaker, Carson Schaeffer, Aiden Miller, Bleron Saliji, Ethan Dixon,
Carter Snyder.
