Covington High School Announcements

• PROM TICKETS ARE ON SALE NOW THROUGH APRIL 14TH!!!  Please see Mrs. Hohenstein to purchase your ticket(s).  TABLES ARE FILLING UP FAST!!!

Prom Theme:   The Great Gatsby

Ticket price:   $35 each

Any student who will be bringing someone from another school will need to pick up a form from Mrs. Hohenstein.  There is also a form parents need to sign, if you are planning to attend after prom.

• Cheer tryout packets are available in the office for the 2023-2024 season. Practices begin TODAY with tryouts TOMORROW. Girls in grades 8-12 can sign up, and pick up a packet that includes more information and tasks to be completed before the first practice. Questions can be sent to Dottie at dottievollmer@gmail.com

If you are driving a vehicle to school and do not have a parking tag for it, please come to the high school office and get a parking tag. THEY ARE FREE!!

The 2022-23 CHS Yearbook is on sale now thru April 15th.  The cost is $50.  You may see Mr. Craig Sowers for an order form, or pick one up in the high school office.  You may also order online at yearbookforever.com

SPORTS NEWS:

The Covington girls tennis team lost a very close tennis match last night to West Vigo 2-3.

Varsity winners were Addison Streuer, Lilly Hacqauet, Isabella Lynch, Trinity Cope.

JV winner was Jayln Allen.
