Covington High School Announcements

There will be a Trojan Gaming meeting in Mr. Sowers’ room during 5th period today. There will be a Google Meet link posted in Discord if you’re not able to attend.

Seniors – if you would like to have a senior quote published in the yearbook, please fill out the Google Form that was sent to your email. The deadline is Friday, February 25th.

Today’s the last day to purchase Flower Grams from the Student Council!
(They will be delivered on Valentine’s Day, next Monday!)

Go see Ms. Reed in the Art Room during HR OR LUNCH to purchase!
$2 each or 3 for $5. This is for HIGH SCHOOL ONLY!

Just a reminder that students who ride buses home in the afternoon are not permitted to take home on the bus any item that poses a potential safety issue for the driver, students and/or the operation of the bus. This includes but is not limited to: balloons, flower arrangements, glasses vases, large stuffed animals, and very large items that pose a visual obstruction for the driver. Items received by these students will need to be left at school and picked up by the student’s parent/guardian during normal school hours. Any item deemed to be not allowed on the bus will be taken back to the school office for pick-up at a later date and time.

TODAY – Straight A students Beef House lunch. They will leave at 11:15 and return around 12:45.

Feb. 12th – HS NHS Induction 3 pm.

Wednesday, March 2nd – all 11th graders will be taking the SAT (state accountability test).

Parents: Please send in/email proof of residency for your
student (if you haven’t already). Document must have your
address and a current date on it. Examples are a current utility
bill, telephone bill, tax return, medical bill or similar information
that provides a verifiable address with a clearly identified and readable date.
