Covington High School Announcements

CONGRATULATIONS!!! to Calvin Springer for being selected to the boys North/South All-Star Tennis match that will be played on Saturday November 6 at Pendleton. Calvin is the first boy from Covington to play in the All-Star match.

All FFA members attending the National Convention on Wednesday, there will be a short meeting at the beginning of homeroom TODAY.

Any Senior who could not be present for the Jostens presentation should get a packet from Miss Davis today!

Seniors you will be ordering from Jostens on Tuesday, Oct 26.

Any high school student
interested in tutoring
elementary, middle or

Mrs. Myers know.

The Covington High School Drama Club presents, “I’m Getting Murdered in the Morning”. on November 13, at 6:00 P.M. in the MPR. Two types of tickets will be sold: Floor seating for $7 and Bleacher seating for $5. Tickets can be purchased starting November 1, from Mrs. Linville in the High School Office. But hurry, people are dying to attend!

The High School Band and Choir
will be performing their Fall concert on
Monday, October 25th at 7 p.m. in the MPR.

FRESHMAN: Middle School Yearbooks are still
available in Mrs. Booe’s office. The cost is $20.

The 2021-2022 High School Yearbook is now on sale! If you purchase your book from now until the end of the month, your book will cost $45. After that, prices go up to $50. Paper order forms can be found in the High School Office as well as on Mrs. Hohenstein’s desk. If you would like to purchase your yearbook online, you can go to yearbookforever.com.

Miss Reed’s Art Club permission slips & shirt money are due by this Friday the 22nd for the love of art! Art Club Meetings start in November.

Attention all former French students: French club t-shirt order forms are available from Mr. Stockberger. Bring a dollar and get a shirt!!

Applications for the 2022 d’Arlier trip to France are now
available. Please see Mr. Stockberger if you would like one or if you have any questions about the trip. Applications are due October 29.

Parents: Please send in/email proof of residency for your
student (if you haven’t already). Document must have your
address and a current date on it. Examples are a current utility
bill, telephone bill, tax return, medical bill or similar information
that provides a verifiable address with a clearly identified and readable date.

Any junior or senior interested in meeting with one of the following colleges need to sign up on the google sheet Mrs. Brown shared with you:
