Covington High School Announcements

• Seniors:  Your class photo permission slips are due tomorrow, October 17.  Turn them in either to Miss Davis or Mr. Stockberger.

• CONGRATULATIONS to the Volleyball team for an outstanding season!  We are proud of you!

Doug’s Studio will be here from 11:00 A.M. to approximately 12:45 P.M. on  Tuesday, December 5th to take senior portraits.  These pictures are for the yearbook, wall composite, and announcing graduates in the newspapers.  Please be sure to dress appropriately (guys in collared shirts and ties and girls school appropriate).  If you are absent that day, you will need to contact Doug’s Studio to set up an appointment to get your picture taken.

Danville Area Community College is bringing Family Science Night back this fall!Have you ever wondered why hot air balloons float and submarines sink? How about investigating what makes a light bulb light or how to make slime? Do you know how much you weigh on Jupiter, Saturn, or Mars? Come to Family Science Night at DACC to find out the answers to these questions and many more.
