Working Together for Children
Trojan Cards are on sale now for $7.00. Contest for the child selling the most cards will end Jan. 21.
You may purchase cards through the year while supplies lasts.
The mandate for masking on a bus has been extended through Spring Break.
We need your Proof of Residency. Please bring in a document (ex: utility, cell phone, hospital bill) with your current address, you may also send it in with your child.
We also need a Birth Certificate, it may be one they give you from the hospital.
A letter has been mailed for the items above, if you have not provided them to the office. Not everyone will receive the letter.
Proof of Residency and Birth Certificate are due by Wednesday, Dec. 22!
If your child has congestion, runny nose, cough, sore throat, fever, vomiting, diarrhea, or headache please do NOT send them to school. They will be sent home. Please plan a minimum of 48 hours and then call the attendance line with a full report before sending them back to school. The attendance line may be utilized 24/7. Thank you for your cooperation. CROSSING GUARDS AND CAR RIDER DOORS WILL BE AVAILABLE FROM 7:50 – 8:00 IN THE MORNING. After this time, please drive around to the front of the building to drop off your child for school.
TRANSPORTATION CHANGES NEED TO BE SENT TO THE CHILD’S TEACHER. WE WILL NOT ALLOW STUDENTS TO CHANGE HIS/HER REGULAR ROUTINE WITHOUT A NOTE OR PHONE CALL TO THE OFFICE. THIS IS FOR THE SAFETY OF YOUR CHILD/REN. DUE TO LIMITED SPACE, IF YOUR CHILD IS NOT A REGULAR BUS RIDER HE/SHE WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO RIDE THE BUS FOR REASONS SUCH AS SLEEPOVERS OR BIRTHDAY PARTIES, ETC.
TREATS BROUGHT IN FOR THE STUDENTS WILL NEED TO BE PRE-PACKAGED FROM A STORE
