Purpose
In keeping with our mission to ensure opportunities for the voice of our school-community stakeholders to collaborate with us, Dr. Smith will be conducting monthly Open Office Hours. This approach provides an opportunity to parents, school-community members, and staff members for a face-to-face discussion with the school superintendent.

Schedule
The 2021 – 2022 Open Office Hours schedule will be as follows:

January 6

April 4

*June 13

Open Office Hours are held at the CCSC District Office from 5:00 -6:30PM. Appointments can be made by calling 765.793.4877, but walk-ins are welcome on a first come-first served basis.

*Hours during the summer months of June and July are 4:00 – 5:30PM.
