Covington High School Announcements

The Covington FFA competed in the Area Forestry contest, finishing 2nd, 4th, and 6th out of 21 teams. Only the top 6 teams advance to the state contest, all 3 Covington teams advance and will compete in the state contest at Purdue on Dec 10th.

Wreaths will be delivered TODAY. Please pick them up in the MS Gym after school

Doug’s Studio will be here from 11:00 A.M. to approximately 12:30 P.M. TOMORROW, December 1st to take senior portraits. These pictures are for the yearbook, wall composite, and announcing graduates in the newspapers. Please be sure to dress appropriately (guys in collared shirts and ties and girls school appropriate). If you are absent that day, you will need to contact Doug’s Studio to set up an appointment to get your picture taken.
They will also be here December 7th for Winter sports pictures. The following are the times & places.

Student council is putting on a Fall/Winter
door decorating contest.Homeroom/classroom
with the BEST door, will receive a pizza party.
Doors are due at the end of the day Friday
December 9th.

The 2022-23 CHS Yearbook is on sale now thru April 15th. The cost is $45 each now thru 12/31, $55 after that. You may see Mr. Craig Sowers for an order form, or pick one up in the high school office. You may also order online at yearbookforever.com

Landon Lazzell and Kaedeyn Lawson both got their first wins of the season last night against Southmont. CONGRATULATIONS!
