Description:  Covington Community School Corporation provides growth and development opportunities to approximately 850 students, through a committed focus on positive and effective relationships. 

The individual selected for this role will be expected to:

1. Be a Servant Leader 
2. Meet the needs of the individual student-athlete
3. Effectively plan practice and maximize practice time
4. Demonstrate highly effective knowledge in the sport
5. Ensure positive and effective behavioral management
6. Work closely with athletic, building, and district administration, while performing duties as soccer coach
7. Comply with all rules and regulations as set forth in CCSC Board policy and IHSAA
8. Maintain regular and acceptable attendance and
9. Perform other duties as assigned by the building administration.
