The individual selected for this role will be expected to:

1. Put the needs of children first, foremost, and at all times;
2. Be organized, as evidenced through the ability to effectively plan practice schedules;
3. Meet the needs of the individual student-athlete;
4. Collaborate with athletic administration to ensure the successful launch of a new program;
5. Serve as a positive role model;
6. Maintain high expectations for student-athletes in the classroom;
7. Model data driven decision making;
8. Utilize proven, research based athletic training and student-athlete development techniques;
9. Maintain the highest degree of integrity, while modeling character at its’ finest;
10. 10.Model the philosophy of servant leadership, while executing the role of soccer coach, as well as other duties;
11. Support a collaborative environment, including engaging student-athletes and parents in the soccer program;
12. Demonstrate highly effective knowledge in the sport;
13. Ensure positive and effective behavioral management;
14. Serve as a leader for the entire coaching staff;
15. Maintain equipment and facilities in a first class manner;
16. Work closely with athletic, building, and district administration, while performing duties as girls’ soccer coach;
17. Comply with all rules and regulations as set forth in Board policy;
18. Maintain regular and acceptable attendance; and
19. Perform other duties as assigned by the building administration.
