- HARMONY PARENT TIP:
In order to receive relavent information from your school, be sure you have an up-to-date email address and an up-to-date cellphone number (w/text capabilities) added to your "Harmony3 Family Access" account. If you are unsure if your information is current, contact a school main office for verification.

INFORMATION:
Covington Community Schools student registration is completed "online." A computer/moblie device with a web browser is required.

ONLINE Registration
STARTING: August 2nd, 2023

Registration is completed online with a "Harmony3 Family Access" account. (View pre-registration steps below.)

WALK-IN Registration
STARTING: August 2nd, 2023

Location: Your schools Main Office
8:00am - 3:00pm

- Walk-in registration is for anyone needing help or needing access to a computer.
- A computer will be provided for walk-in registrations. School staff will be present if help is needed.

NEW STUDENT Registration
New students need to contact a schools Main Office to schedule an appointment.

PRE-REGISTRATION:

Requirements:

If you do not have a "Harmony3 Family Access" account... you must create one prior to registering (to create an account, click here: Harmony3).
Once a "Harmony3 Family Access" account is created, each child in a family must be enrolled separately.

How to enroll a child in Harmony3:

Login with an active "Harmony3 Family Access" account.
Click on the [manage account] button to enroll a child. Enter the **REGISTRATION CODE and the child's BIRTH DATE. Do this for each additional child. If you enrolled a child in a previous year, they should still be enrolled - and you do not need to enroll them again.

** (Registration Codes are provided by each school. If you have not received a code by email, you may visit or call your schools main office.)

To begin Registration:

Login to Harmony3
At the top right, click on the [Menu] drop-down link.
Find and click on the [Online Registration] link.
Complete Registration.

START REGISTRATION:

To begin Registering... click the web button below.

** (Remember: each child in a family must be registered separately in your Harmony3 account.)
