REGULATE & RESET ROOM
ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
The R&R Room is used to help students prepare their minds and bodies for learning. They learn to recognize their current state, regulate and reset. Using a variety of movements, students are taught how to calm and/or energize their nervous systems. This helps them reach a state of relaxed alertness, which enables them to be ready to learn.
