❃GRAND MARCH — There will be two (2) adult persons per student allowed to attend Grand March. Toddlers will be permitted. However middle/high school students will not be able to attend.
DON”T FORGET TO SIGN-UP There are sign up sheets for The Escape Room and Dodgeball tournament in Mrs. Linville’s office for any student interested in doing these at after prom. You will need to sign up for a time slot for the escape room as only a limited number of students can go through at a time.

Juniors & Seniors: Glascock Equipment is currently looking to hire an intern for the summer to work in the shop. A few of the tasks would be power washing equipment, repairs and setting up new farm equipment This position has the possibility of transitioning into a full time job after graduation. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and
hard working. On the job training will be provided.
Juniors and Seniors,
You are invited to Covington’s after prom celebration on April 24th. The event will run from 11:30 – 2:30 am in our gym with the following activities planned:
2 Escape Rooms
4 large inflatables (obstacle course, jousting, etc)
Plinko (and other carnival style games)
Giant Connect Four
Cappuccino/Dessert bar (including Dunkin’ Donuts!)
Prizes – so many prizes – including a few lucky ones who will win BIG at the end (must be present to win)
++ so much more ++ you won’t want to miss it!
Reminders: you do not have to attend prom to go to after prom; just have to be a Covington Jr or Sr. You may also leave at any time, however, you will not be allowed back in and you will not be eligible for the big prizes at the end. You do not need to bring any money – everything is 100% free for you, and you will walk away with some nice prizes! Please sign up in advance for dodgeball and Escape Room. Hope to see you there!
Student Council Students might be contacting you in an attempt to help you out! They understand you may only need simple cleaning tasks completed. Service is a blessing and we hope to encourage each of you as we try to show we care!
When completed the student will have a paper with their name, your name, tasks completed, amount of time spent working, and they will need you to sign the paper showing they did indeed complete the tasks.

The Covington girls tennis team defeated Western Boone last night 3-2. Varsity winners were Grace Wright, Karsyn Engle, Emma Taylor, Cora Reynolds, and Daisy Goeppner.
The JV winner was Trinity Cope.
The track team competed in the Bi-County meet last night. The girls finished 2nd as a team and the boys finished 3rd. Congratulations to the following athletes earning All Bi-County honors: Savion Waddell in the high jump, Ashlynn Livengood in the 100 meter hurdles, and Lexi Slider in the high jump. Honorable mention for finishing in the top 3 of an event go to Sam Christoff in the shot put & discus, Isabella Lynch in the 1600, Sierra Krepton in the 200, Kenzie Richardson in the 100, Lauren Vale in the 400, Bernadette Goeppner in the 800 & discus, Lily Mullins in the high jump, Alex Black in the 400, Bradley Lewsader in the 800 & high jump, and Mason Duprey in the 800. The next meet is the Covington Invitational next Saturday.
