Homecoming Parade-Line up in the city park starting at 4:30. Parade starts at 5:00 pm. Call the high school office to be entered in the parade. Parade entries should support CHS Homecoming theme.
Our soccer match with Southmont that was cancelled on Saturday, 8/25, has been rescheduled for Thursday, 9/20, at Southmont starting at 7:15 pm. We are playing a varsity only match after Southmont’s girls’ match.
Any junior or senior wanting to attend DACC College Day on Thursday, September 20th (10:00-12:00 our time) is welcome to attend.
The Greater Lafayette Area College Fair will be September 26th, 5:30 pm – 7:00 pm at Lafayette Jefferson High School. Representatives from Indiana Colleges will answer questions about: admission, academic Programs, application procedures, campus life, cost, financial aid and much more. Students in grades 9 – 12 are invited, along with parents, and the program is free.

Coat distribution will begin October 1st, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm (EST) weekdays, at the City Building, and will continue while coat supplies last.

*SKATEBOARDS AND athletic balls of any kind (football, soccer ball, volleyball, baseball etc.) will not be allowed into the main gate. Anyone trying to enter the gate with a ball will be asked to return it to a vehicle or leave it at the ticket window and will not be returned until Monday at school.
*all students will be expected to remain in the bleachers or the concession area at all times. Elementary aged students should be under the direct supervision of a parent/guardian at all times.
