Track call out today at 10:30 (Target Time) in the cafeteria. You may participate in other spring sports at the same time as track. Practice starts after spring break.

REMINDERS:
Indoor golf NETGAIN in the Annex will not be in session this week or next. Middle School golfers who plan on playing golf this spring will have their first official practice on Monday, Mar. 30th, at Rivercrest from 3:30-5:00 pm. Come ready to practice. Make sure you have your athletic physicals completed and on file in the office.
FOOD DRIVE — 3/9-3/18
The Tektons have organized a Food Drive — Now through next Wednesday
Collection bins will be located in every middle school language classroom .
The goal is for all grades need to bring in at least 125 boxed or canned items, but if you can bring in more that would be great!
Lastly, there will be a special surprise for the grade that reaches the most canned/ boxed foods

8th Grade — The 8th grade field trip to Twin Lakes is April 6 & 7. The cost of the trip is $60.00 and is paid through your beef raffle ticket sales. If you sold all your assigned raffle tickets over the years, your trip is covered. There are several students who did not meet their sales goals. Please check with Mrs. Booe to see if any money is still owed toward your trip.

Any 6th grade girl interested in playing volleyball this spring needs to sign up in the office this week. Practice starts after spring break and you are allowed to play volleyball and other spring sports at the same time. Be sure to have your physical turned in ahead of time.
Students…be sure to check the lost and found table if you have misplaced something. Unclaimed items will be given away after Friday, March 13th.
Any student who is 15 years old or will turn 15 soon is eligible for driver’s education. You can sign up at anytime at www.tenandtwodriving.com or by contacting Mr. Smaltz in the high school.
There will be a Hunter Safety Class on March 27th from 5-9pm and March 28th from 8am-3pm at the Fountain County 4H building. You can find more information and sign up for the event through the Fountain County 4H Shooting Sports Group on Facebook.
Please remember to check your lunch balance in Harmony. If you are in the minus NO extras or seconds. If your balance is over -$15.00, you will be given an alternate lunch, which includes a PB&J with a vegetable, fruit & milk.
All library books need to be returned or renewed as soon as possible.
If you are interested in playing in the Covington Youth Soccer League…pick up a packet in the middle school office.
Students: You are not allowed to stop at your lockers first thing in the morning unless you have permission from the office.
